Re: How to get out of Tactical mode in DA:I??.Codex entry: Tactical Camera | Dragon Age Wiki | Fandom

An example tactical view Dragon Age: Inquisition introduces a bit more sophisticated model of tactical combat, but it is not too complex so it will not be a massive problem for the players who have had no previous experience with this mode. You use the tactical camera to instruct one party member to sleep/freeze/stun etc a mob, and instruct another to immediately perform a finisher (shield bash, longshot etc). You can also use it to better organize fights on higher difficulty, like using longshot to sleep the rage demon, while the mage freezes some ranged wraiths then switch to help the tank kill the smaller melee guys etc. T toggle tactical camera mode = toggles mount/dismount; Mouse [edit | edit source] left click targets pointer/selects objects; right click and release interacts/bash wall/destroy; holding right click and moving the mouse rotates the camera; mouse wheel scrolls zoom (forward in, backward out).

EU anti-dumping policy: distribution of elephants

As we reported earlier, EU anti-dumping legislation has come into force today against Taiwanese CD-R producers. Duties from various Taiwanese CD-R / RW media companies have been pinpointed today.

They were distributed as follows:

  • Ritek and Auvistar – 18.8%
  • Princo – 29.9% (despite the company’s active participation in the anti-dumping investigation)
  • Lead Data, Gigastorage and most others – 20.1%
  • CMC Magnetics – 39.5%

CMC received such a percentage due to the refusal to cooperate with the anti-dumping committee. However, the largest manufacturer is confident that it will cope with this course of events. No discs will be shipped to Europe from Taiwan, but cheaper manufactures in Mexico and Hong Kong will take over this initiative until the CMC factory in the UK is launched (purchased from Mitsubishi back in the third quarter of this year). This will happen pretty soon, so such a percentage will even help the company, since it will put more pressure on its smaller competitors than on itself.

CMC can afford it, while most others cannot. For the same reason, the leading company in the middle of the year did not join the alliance of Taiwanese manufacturers to reduce Philips license fees, but itself agreed with the Dutch company, making all the efforts of other manufacturers in vain.

So it turns out that although CMC loses a lot due to the huge duty, it wins more – the market share in other regions, as there are fewer competitors. There is an assumption that due to recent developments in the market, Lead Data and Gigastorage may be bought by Ritek.
