According to marketing company ICIS-LOR, weighted average wholesale prices for 128 MB SDRAM chips (PC133, 16M x 8) for the 30-day period from July 5 to August 3 were $ 2.39 in North America, $ 2.46 in Europe and $ 2.43. in Asia. Compared to the previous 30-day period (through July 27), prices are down 9.10% in North America, 8.08% in Europe and 4.46% in Asia.

Spot prices for 128MB SDRAM DIMMs (PC133) declined 2.75% to $ 14.92 in North America, 4.16% to $ 14.41 in Europe and 3.06% to $ 13.32 in Asia.

According to data received today from the Taiwan Semiconductor Exchange (TICE), spot prices for 512 MB SDRAM modules (PC133) decreased compared to last Friday (August 17) by $ 1.25 to $ 50.25, prices for 64 MB SDRAM modules (RS133) decreased by $ 1.50 to $ 6.75.
